Yoga Moves For Everyone

I’m convinced everyone’s day should start with a few simple yoga stretches; that yoga should be taught in every school and that every workplace should have a small space for yoga for its employees to escape to in order to get away from the dreaded computer hunch. At least the NHS are now on board!

If you’re new to yoga and are wanting to get a practice in, however small, in this video you can find a few simple stretches to get you started on a yoga journey. You don’t need any fancy kit or even a mat, you just need to carve that precious time out.

    I have 5/10 minutes yoga every morning before…everything! It’s more necessary than my coffee…especially for my back after a co-(no)sleeping night!
